Talisman was established to capitalize on the need to provide a more specialized and sophisticated insurance broking services for the Indonesian Market.  The Management has wide ranging experience of the Indonesian market and have been intimately involved over various classes of insurance businesses.  The goal of the company is to function as a “boutique” broker providing personalized solutions to each of our customers.  At the same time we do not compromise on the supply chain and only seek insurance markets which are stable, dependable and of repute and financial standing acceptable to our clients.

Claims Division
One of the more ‘visible’ way for our clients to judge our quality of service is through the handling of claims.  We take an active role in assessing claims and represent our clients for a fair compensation towards their claims.  Our approach is to objectively discuss claims matter with insurers and ensure that it is settled in an efficient manner.

We strive to provide the highest level of professional service to our clients and are also committed to the industry through the process of continuing education.  In the future, as a value-added service we intend to provide risk management services through our engineers for our current and prospective accounts and also provide continuing education on insurance topics.
