The company has 4 divisions: Corporate clients (general insurance and
employee benefits), Individual clients, Claims and Operations.
The division Corporate clients
focuses on corporate accounts. Besides the traditional general
insurances, the company decided to develop an employee benefits
specialty because we sensed a growing awareness amongst employers to
improve working standards, including benefits provided to the employees.
The division Individual clients
aim to provide our clients with personal insurance products that are
tailor-made to their individual situation.
Our Claims division takes
an active role in the assessment of claims and represents our clients in
the discussions with insurance companies. It is our objective to get a
fair compensation for claims and to ensure that they are settled in a
timely and efficient manner.
The Operations division
makes sure that all the commercial activities are processed in an
efficient and swift manner, using the latest software solutions. |
